Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a digital PDF has been purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• All products sold are digital PDF files delivered electronically.

• No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued after purchase.

• Please ensure that you read the product description carefully before making a purchase.

• If you experience any issues with downloading or accessing your file, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:

• You were charged more than once for the same product.

• You did not receive your digital file after purchase.

• The file is corrupted or cannot be opened, and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
